Shipping and Product Delivery Policy

Processing time

Each item is made with great hard work and extreme delicacy. The time we need to prepare these items for dispatch varies. Normally it takes one week to prepare any item. However, custom-made or personalized items can take more time than normal products.

Estimated delivery times

The estimated delivery time varies from 5 days to 1 week. We do our best to meet these delivery estimates. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen. We prefer using quick delivery options in order to ship the items as early as possible.

Customs and import taxes

Our prices are exclusive of (do not include) any customs clearance duty, import duties, or VAT. Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes or VAT that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any item if you contact us within 3 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of these items, unless you receive them damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns. Also, the custom-made or personalized items and items bought on sale cannot be claimed for return and exchange.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payment methods. The most common payment way is through PAYPAL. in addition to this, we can also accept a Bank Debit card for payments.

Payment Time

The customers have to pay the whole price for any item to claim a purchase for any item. The orders without full payments will not be processed.

Shipping Charges

There are no shipping charges for any item unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are already adjusted into the product prices.

Business Policy

We sell export quality custom-made Viking axes, swords, and knives from beautifully forged carbon steel, Damascus steel, and stainless steel material. We are a highly professional and skilled maker and are specialist in developing custom made Viking axes, knives, and Viking swords with names or patterns of your choice in any of your desired designs, shapes, and sizes. We care about people’s needs and design products according to their requirements.

These products should only be used as ornamental items, artifacts or for legal activities. We only promote the legitimate use of these swords, knives, and axe tools such as for home and kitchen, camping, and legal hunting activities. We are not responsible for any illegal activity performed through our tools. If you are under eighteen years of age, please make sure you are using these products only under the supervision of an adult.

We issue refunds for products within 10 days after the product is shipped back to us.
